Amy is the Founder of Intrinsic Development and Coaching. She is distinguished amongst leadership and her colleagues to anticipate needs, recommend solutions and coach with earnest sincerity. With 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Learning across the Financial and Professional Services industries, Amy holds a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a certified Gallup Strengths coach.
